OUR MISSION . . .

The mission of Windy City Wicked girls softball program is to develop and sharpen skills to prepare for competition.  We believe in and teach fundamentals, mechanics, character development and softball IQ. 

 

We believe in the value of hard-work, team camaraderie, commitment, trust, respect, pride, discipline, self-respect, attitude and responsibility.  We believe these values are important in softball and in life. Education is important to understand the game; why we do what we do and when we do it.  Our goal is to teach these skills and develop softball players and teams who possess these values. 

 

We will work hard to compete at the highest level possible in practice, games and tournaments. Quality preparation, good attitudes and willingness to learn will allow players, coaches, the board of Directors and volunteers to bring this organization to its highest level.
