At Windy City Wicked, our mission is to develop confident, skilled athletes who are prepared to compete at a high level—on and off the field. We focus on building strong foundations in fundamentals, mechanics, game strategy, and softball IQ, while fostering a deep love for the game.

We are committed to teaching and upholding the core values of hard work, teamwork, commitment, trust, respect, pride, discipline, self-respect, attitude, and responsibility. These principles are essential not only for success in softball, but also for personal growth in life.

Education is a cornerstone of our program—we emphasize understanding the "why" and "when" behind every play. Our goal is to build well-rounded athletes and cohesive teams who embody these values and play with intelligence, heart, and integrity.

We strive to compete at the highest level in every practice, game, and tournament. Through dedicated preparation, a positive mindset, and a willingness to grow, our players, coaches, board of directors, and volunteers work together to elevate the entire organization.
